1. Who operates the project

NexaCloudHub is independently operated under the public name Vlad D., based in Romania. Contact: contact@nexacloudhub.com.

This notice covers the Android sender and Windows receiver of PhoneMirror. The described version shares an Android screen and supported application audio over a local network. This notice distinguishes information processed locally by the application from information received by NexaCloudHub through a hosted service or support request.

2. Screen and audio content

After you grant Android screen-capture permission and start sharing, the selected screen content is encoded and sent to the receiver you connect to. This can include personal messages, account screens and notifications visible in the captured content. Optional playback audio is captured only where Android and the source application permit it.

The receiver processes video, audio, device name and stream metrics to display and play the session. The described app does not provide cloud relay or an automatic upload of the stream to NexaCloudHub. It is a viewing/streaming tool; the receiver does not provide remote input control of the phone.

3. Connection and local settings

The connection uses the receiver’s IP address, port and pairing code. Android remembers connection and quality choices such as host, port, profile, frame rate, audio and adaptation settings. The pairing code is used to establish a session; the current implementation does not list it among the persisted Android settings.

The Windows interface keeps recent diagnostics such as connection state, encoder and frame-rate or congestion information. The stream uses temporary in-memory buffers. The described app has no built-in session recording feature; another program on either device could still capture what is shown or played.

4. Permissions and local-network limits

Android requests the system permissions needed for screen sharing, optional audio playback capture and its foreground sharing notification. Granting audio permission supports playback capture in the implementation described here; the product is not presented as a microphone-recording service.

The stream protocol is not encrypted. A pairing code does not provide transport encryption. Use it only on a trusted local network, share the code only with the intended recipient and do not expose the receiver directly to the internet. Stop sharing before opening sensitive screens. This notice describes the existing behavior and does not change the protocol.

5. Purpose, recipients and operator receipt

Screen and audio information are processed to deliver the sharing session you start. The intended receiver and its user receive that information; others with access to the devices or network may be able to observe it. PhoneMirror does not automatically send stream content to the project operator. Android, Windows and any device-level backup, diagnostics or capture services you enable have their own processing.

The operator processes website visits or support material you send under the corresponding website notice and the grounds of handling your request, maintaining security or applicable legal obligations. Only send a diagnostic or screenshot that you are authorized to share.

6. Retention and stopping a session

Stop sharing from Android or disconnect from Windows to end transmission. Stream buffers are temporary; local preferences can remain after a session and can be cleared through application/device data controls. Any recording or screenshot made separately is controlled by whoever created it. Support material stays only while needed for handling and documenting the issue or a legal obligation.

7. Support correspondence

If you email NexaCloudHub, the message, sender address, any name you include, attachments and relevant reply history are processed to handle your request. Share only the details needed for the issue. Local files and records described below are not automatically sent to the operator merely because they exist on your device; they may reach us if you deliberately include them in support correspondence.

8. Your rights and requests

Where GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, subject to the conditions of those rights. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for consent-based processing without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact contact@nexacloudhub.com and identify the service and account concerned. We may ask for proportionate information to verify the request; do not send passwords, access tokens or your entire mailbox.

Requests are handled within the applicable legal time limits, normally within one month; an extension may apply to complex or multiple requests, with an explanation. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including Romania’s ANSPDCP. These projects do not make solely automated decisions intended to produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

9. Contact and changes

NexaCloudHub is independently operated under the public name Vlad D., based in Romania. Contact: contact@nexacloudhub.com.

For privacy questions, rights requests or security concerns, use the contact address above and name the relevant project. This notice may change when features or processing change. The revision date identifies the version; a material new use of data will be explained before it begins, with a new choice where required.
