1. Operator and scope
NexaCloudHub is independently operated under the public name Vlad D., based in Romania. Contact: contact@nexacloudhub.com.
These terms describe permitted use of this project and its connected services. Read any product-specific license supplied with your copy as well. A privacy notice explains data handling; it is not a request to waive rights or a blanket consent to unrelated processing.
2. Permitted use and your responsibilities
Use only accounts, devices and content you own or are authorized to access. Keep account access and devices protected. Do not use the project for unlawful access, fraud, spam, harassment, interception or deliberate disruption. Report faults responsibly and do not bypass access controls or interfere with other users’ data.
3. Windows and Android editions
Flluet is an email client, not an account provider for every mailbox it can connect. The editions described here use NexaCloudHub IMAP/SMTP, with Gmail OAuth/API support on Windows. The Android edition described here does not include Google OAuth. Provider support, features and system requirements can differ by build.
An optional profile PIN controls access through the application interface. It does not replace device security or guarantee protection from a person controlling the same operating-system account. Synchronization depends on the relevant application view being active; it is not a promised always-running background service.
4. Mailbox actions and local data
Sending, replying, forwarding, changing read state, archiving, moving to Trash, restoring and permanently deleting mail can change the mailbox on its provider. Review the selected account, recipients, attachments and confirmation prompts before continuing. Permanent deletion or provider behavior may limit recovery.
Local drafts and selected attachment files are separate from server drafts. A missing or changed attachment may need to be attached again. After uncertain delivery, inspect the provider’s Sent folder before retrying. Removing a local profile is different from deleting provider mail or revoking all provider authorizations.
5. Google, providers and external content
Google handles Gmail sign-in and authorization in your browser. Gmail access is subject to Google’s terms and API policies. Flluet is not represented as Google-approved or affiliated with Google merely because OAuth or the Gmail API is used. You may revoke authorization through your Google Account.
External images, followed links and a confirmed translation request can send information to their respective services. Use these features only with content you are authorized to disclose. The Flluet Privacy Policy describes these data flows.
6. Content, software and third-party rights
You retain rights in your own content. Using a requested hosted function permits the processing needed to provide it; it does not transfer ownership of your messages, plans or other content to NexaCloudHub. Rights in the software and site remain with their respective owners. Copying, modification and redistribution are governed by the license accompanying the relevant software or component and applicable law.
Third-party and open-source licenses continue to apply, including any rights they grant to source code, modification or redistribution. These terms do not replace those licenses. Product names and trademarks identify their owners and do not imply endorsement or an official affiliation.
7. Availability and responsible operation
Project pages describe the versions and platforms presented, not a guarantee that every feature exists in every edition. Development and preview builds can change and may contain faults. Keep appropriate backups and review the effect of actions that change or delete data. There is no promise of uninterrupted availability, a guaranteed delivery time or support response unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
Access may be restricted proportionately where necessary to address security incidents, misuse or a legal requirement. Where practicable and lawful, the operator will explain the restriction and available next steps. This provision does not authorize arbitrary loss of user rights.
8. Liability and mandatory rights
No software can be guaranteed free from every error or interruption. You remain responsible for choices you make using the project, but this does not exclude the operator’s liability where exclusion or limitation is not lawful. Nothing here removes statutory consumer remedies, data-protection rights, rights under component licenses, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes, support and disputes
Features and these terms may change. Material changes affecting an ongoing service will be communicated with reasonable notice where possible, rather than imposed retroactively. Changes do not remove rights you already hold. Contact contact@nexacloudhub.com about access, faults or concerns.
Romanian law applies to the extent permitted by applicable rules. If you are a consumer, you retain mandatory protections of the law applicable to you and access to the courts or authorities available under that law. These terms do not require arbitration or waive non-excludable legal rights.
